Management
Morgan Upton is the Managing Director and a key driving force behind the business. Morgan has a lifelong career in many facets of the horticultural industry and has actively participated in a number of different horticultural markets around the world
Morgan has worked in senior roles with some of the world’s leading specialist horticultural equipment manufacturers and is ably assisted by a small team of dedicated and professional staff

The head office is located on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia with manufacturing facilities in a number of countries including Australia, USA, China & Europe and distributors in strategic markets

Our Strategy
Many commercial horticultural growers are impressed with new planting technology and can usually see the benefits; however all too often find it expensive, complex to use and difficult to get satisfactory back up service. Transplanterco has broken the mould. While planting equipment from other companies regularly becomes more “hi tech” we have adopted the KIS (Keep It Simple) mentality. We are proud to say that our systems and equipment do the tasks efficiently, are cost effective and relatively easy to work with or repair when the need arises – sometimes simple, really is better

OUR PRODUCTS
Planteroo™
A “semi automatic” seedling planter that can plant cell or plug grown seedlings for into standard bare earth or plastic mulch covered, beds. This unit is covered under PATENT NUMBER 2016100767
ADAPlug™
A product and system for transforming bare rooted seedlings enabling them to be mechanical planted. This concept has taken plugs to a new level. No longer do you need to grow seedlings in plugs or cell trays to mechanically plant them. This product is covered under PATENT NUMBER 2016101826
APT™
Automated Plug Transfer Unit. It individually transfers seedlings from a standard nursery tray into the cups or carousel of the planting units. By attaching an A P T on each planting head, one operator can easily control many rows of seedling planting simultaneously. This unit mounts on a wide range of currently available mechanical field planters. This unit is covered under PATENT NUMBER TBA
